藝術工作室、展覽與課程

藝術工作室提供繪畫課程與創意工作坊，適合兒童與成人參加。學員可在各種技法、素材與表現形式上獲得指導，重點在於創作的樂趣與成就感。同時也開設手作工藝課程，讓傳統與現代工藝在實作中相互交會，並預留空間進行更深入的探索。

Food Culture from Toten and Asia

At Helgerud, food is a passion, and Asian flavors are combined with local ingredients from the on-site herb garden. A particular favorite is serving steaming hot Chinese hotpot with potatoes from Toten. Tea is a true love, and guests are warmly invited to experience an authentic Chinese tea ceremony.
